One converter, every direction that matters

Dox-Mut keeps a semantic internal model — the same categories Markdown already uses — so every format talks to every other format through one place instead of a tangle of one-off converters.

Markdown, HTML, DOCX

Convert between all three: Markdown to a styled DOCX, HTML stripped of its non-semantic markup down to clean Markdown, and back out again.

PDF output

Render any converted document straight to PDF — an output-only target built from the same internal model, no PDF parsing needed.

Share as a target

Dox-Mut shows up right in Android's share sheet. Send it a file from your file manager or mail client to convert it, or share a result straight out to another app.

Semantic, extensible core

Every format reads into and renders from Markdown's semantic categories, so a new format module only has to talk to one shared model.

Local and private

Conversion happens entirely on your device. Files you pick or share in never leave your phone.

Language and theme

A Settings screen picks the interface language and a light, dark or system theme — English and Spanish today.

Roadmap

Dox-Mut is in early development. The app skeleton is done — six screens, navigation, and both directions of share support are wired up — but conversion itself is still a placeholder. See TODO.md and ROADMAP.md for the full detail.
